How do I know if I need to Restore?



All of us are toxic to a certain degree, and the body and mind will give us signals for us
to take notice and make the correction. These signals are warning us of possible serious
problems ahead. If you are dealing with any of these it’s time to restore!

Appearance – yellowish complexion, yellow or dull whites of the eyes, dark
circles under the eyes, protruding lower belly, cellulite accumulation, overweight.

Digestion – heart burn, abdominal pain, bloating & gas, difficulty w/ digestion, intolerance
to alcohol, nausea, floating stools, loose stools, undigested food in the stool, constipation,
bitter taste in the mouth, thick coating on tongue, bad breath, food allergies, body odor.

Skin – acne, blemishes, rosacea, poor skin tone, swelling and edema, brown spots on the skin,
increased number of visible small red blood vessels, lumps of fat under the skin or lipomas,
psoriasis, eczema, brittle nails and hair.

Immune – allergies, food and chemical sensitivities, chronic fatigue, joint inflammation,
arthritis – osteo, rheumatoid and gout, systemic infections, viruses.

Hormonal problems – premenstrual syndrome symptoms especially with heightened
emotional sensitivity, painful periods, diarrhea during menstruation, reactions to hormonal
(birth control and menopausal) medications, hormone replacement therapy, low thyroid,
hot flashes, vaginal dryness, breast lumps, decreased libido.

Neurological and Psychological – headaches, irritability, insomnia, depression, poor
memory, poor concentration.

General –unexplained fatigue, listlessness, lethargy, weak ligaments, joints, tendons and muscles.



  1. Autoimmune dysfunction, cancer, chronic fatigue and degenerative diseases need to personally supervised by a qualified practitioner.
  2. Do not detox during a fever.
  3. If chelating minerals, avoid supplemental minerals 3 days before detox procedure and add minerals after the process.
  4. Never allow constipation during detoxification process.
  5. Dark urine, brown, cloudy, or frothy urine indicates the need for more fluids. Increase water intake. If urine continues to be colored or with strong odor, drink diuretic juices and teas until urine becomes clear or light yellow and odorless.
  6.  A coffee enema is beneficial. Know the correct procedure. Colonics are also beneficial, but limit the usage properly. Not to be overdone. Frail, weak, elderly patients should refrain.
  7. Check for heavy metals in your system if suspect.
  8. Detoxification programs should be supervised for frail, weak, elderly people.
  9. HIV and HCV patients should have supervised aggressive detoxification programs.
  10. Excessive die-off of microorganisms will produce symptoms such as achiness and malaise. Increase vitamin C intake and/or consider a colonic.
  11. If the liver is not prepared or is over burdened, symptoms may occur such as headache, fatigue, dizziness. Increase fluids and vitamin C intake. If they persist or severe, discontinue and start again in a few weeks.
